Our suite of solutions include photography, videography, 3D virtual tours, dedicated listing websites, commercial production, and more. We are partnered with our tech arm, Tonomo, to provide the most streamlined and data-driven project management software for real estate agents and creatives alike. Project Coordinator


JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Project Management REPORTS TO: Manager, Project Management SUMMARY A Project Coordinator (PC) fulfills various duties and responsibilities, working closely with Project Managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects. Project Coordinators perform the full range of our phased management cycles: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains project management standards by providing solution-driven resources. Answers customers’ questions and general inquiries. Conduct and participate in lead generation and sales. Enforces company policies and procedures. Identifies and determines system improvements. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Excellent customer service, outreach, and sales skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software fluency. Proficient with Google G Suite and word processing software. WORK HOURS This is an hourly non-exempt position. Minimum requirements average at 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Work hours are dependent on the needs of the business and the completion of projects. Some days may require more than 8 hours. Limited weekend availability may be required. Our standard operating hours are from Monday-Sunday, 9:00 am PST to 6:00 pm PST.

Administrative Coordinator


JOB TITLE: Administrative Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Administrative REPORTS TO: Administrative Manager SUMMARY An Administrative Coordinator (AC) is responsible for coordinating and addressing internal and external inquiries to ensure that projects are moved to completion. They facilitate internal and external communications for deliverables, assigning Virtual Assistant tasks, and working closely with other departments. An Administrative Coordinator supports with building guides and standard operating procedures to organize information and improve efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee marketing content deliverables and implement quality assurance reviews. Address customer questions and general inquiries via email and calls. Create resources and guides for clients. Facilitate client onboarding process. Manage and provide consultation for print and design assets. Identify system improvements and implement standard operating procedures. Pilot new software and support in providing guidelines for implementation. Support in training new team members, building training documents, and talent acquisition. Participate in educational opportunities, engage in professional organizations and networks, and work on professional development. Creative Specialist (Videographer/Photographer)


Required: San Francisco Bay Area (Headquartered in San Carlos, CA) Reliable transportation and the ability to safely transport gear to and from shoot (Fuel and travel is covered by us) Fast internet to upload photos and video to the Aerial Canvas online portal at the end of each workday OR come into the office at the end of each workday Photographers must arrive at shoots on time and conduct themselves professionally. Uniform provided (branded t-shirt) No editing required. Must conform to Aerial Canvas’ Media Standards. Applicants should be self-motivated, punctual, energetic and organized. Independent contractor photographers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, fuel, and mileage. Flexible scheduling. Choose which areas you’d like to cover – all or some counties. Video Editor


Aerial Canvas is growing, and we’re looking for a talented video editor to join the team.
There are a variety of creative roles across Aerial Canvas, and each comes with its own set of requirements, expectations, and responsibilities. The key is that they are passionate about what they do and their enthusiasm always shines through in their work. As a Video Editor you will work alongside other video editors to ensure our property tours are cut and delivered to the highest quality. You will have the responsibility of navigating the video production board on Monday.com and ensuring that each video is completed in a timely fashion. You will weave together our core product and are expected to perform at a high level each and every day.
Requirements: Extensive technical knowledge of Adobe Premiere CC and Adobe After Effects CC
3+ years experience, resume with work reel mandatory
A proven track-record of delivering multiple successful projects
Experience producing high quality assets, on time and on brief
Solution focused with the ability to dive technically deep while still maintaining focus on deadlines
Ability to meet tight timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Sales Manager


What You’ll Do Own and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from real estate agents to construction companies all organized in our CRM (Pipedrive) Educate, strategize, and successfully sell Aerial Canvas product/service solutions through a high volume of outbound sales calls - this role is 100% email, follow-up, messaging and phone-based. Become an expert in Aerial Canvas' marketing solutions, and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs - asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals - strong work ethic and tenacity are key! Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals- you know that sales is a numbers game and you’re here to win. Creative Director


At Aerial Canvas, the Creative Director will serve as primary point of contact for members of the creative team and will manage 3-4 team members. In this role you are not only responsible for the overview of all department work, but also are integral in helping structure, staff and set the vision for the creative team. You will be the central point of contact during project in-take and will be pivotal in deciding what projects the creative team takes on, how they are structured and then, moving forward, how the team evolves during the different stages of the creative process. You will be responsible for the overall production planning, task management and status tracking of bespoke projects across the Creative Team. You will manage the delivery of complex, creative projects using expertise in cross-functional collaboration. On a daily basis, you'll partner with individual contributors in Creative, Design, Operations, Strategy, and Production. You will create project plans and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities: Define and develop Aerial Canvas’ creative approach to bring the company’s mission to life Lead and direct the workflow of the internal creative team responsible for graphic design, videography, photography, experiences Lead all video creative (direction, script writing, editing) with the ability to create assets that span the marketing funnel, from brand building to product introductions and customer testimonials. Build teams, managing people and produce deliverables. Manage overall departmental budget including strategic planning, monthly reconciliations, and vendor payments. Serve as key liaison for internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Project Managers, creative team and vendors); manage project reviews across teams. Set the vision of the department, define the structure and process around which the work is completed. Manage a variety of creative projects with changing priorities and deadlines. Develop creative process and workflows, for both internal and external processes, and optimize when needed. Define the scope of projects including deliverables, milestones, resource needs, and budgets, in consultation with creative, business, and strategy leads. The responsibilities of a Project Manager include managing, understanding, and guiding projects into completion. Set follow-up appointments and keep constant communication with clients to provide updates on the progress of their projects. Perform the full range of project management cycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. A Project Manager facilitates internal and external communications regarding the state of projects, ensuring those stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains project management standards by providing solution-driven resources. Answers customers’ questions and general inquiries. Handles client onboarding for complex needs. Conduct and participate in lead generation and sales. Consult clients on creative opportunities Participate in vendor events or pitch presentations.
